Privacy notice
This notice explains how information submitted through this website is handled.
What we collect
We collect the contact details and enquiry information you enter: your name, email, optional phone and business name, role, topic, property location, timing and message. We also record when the enquiry was received and your agreement to be contacted.
Why we collect it
CFB uses these details to understand your enquiry, respond to your questions and follow up with you about the subject you selected. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for unrelated marketing or constitute a credit application.
Where your enquiry goes
Your submission is sent to CFB’s private CRM, which requires authorised access. The website and CRM use Sites hosting and its underlying infrastructure to process and store information. Your enquiry is not published on this website.
Website protection
To help limit spam, the website uses a hidden form field and short-lived request counters. Counters use a keyed hash of the connecting IP address when available; the raw IP address is not stored in this application’s rate-limit table. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.
Keep sensitive information out of the form
Please do not submit identity documents, bank account details, passwords or sensitive financial records. If additional information is needed later, the appropriate collection process should be confirmed first.
Questions, corrections or deletion requests
Use the enquiry form and select “General question” to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Provide enough information for CFB to identify your enquiry, without including sensitive documents.
Cookies and local storage
The public enquiry form does not require an account. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting infrastructure may use essential technical mechanisms to serve and protect the site.
